How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on tracking websites such as 17track.net or parcelsapp.com.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We try to process orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at support@flowpouch.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request. Once the order is shipped we cannot further modify it.

Do you have a physical store?

Currently, we do not have a physical store. You can buy our products only on our website and we will be on the Amazon soon as well.

We replaced some mushrooms to focus on the most effective nootropics—Lion’s Mane and Cordyceps—while adding TeaCrine for smoother, longer-lasting energy without jitters or crashes. We also included Vitamin B12 to support cognitive function and energy metabolism. Plus, we’ve swapped out glucose for allulose, making our formula completely sugar-free while keeping the great taste. This upgrade is all about maximizing focus, endurance, and clarity—without compromise.

We accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of receiving your item. Damaged items or incorrect orders are eligible for a full refund or exchange if reported within 7 days. Opened items are not eligible for returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I manage my subscription?

How do I update my shipping address?

What happens if a product in my subscription is out of stock?
