Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

Damaged Goods

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately. We offer a 100% refund or an exchange free of charge, with no additional processing fees.

General Conditions for Returns

We cannot/do not accept returns for opened edible products due to health and safety regulations. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days for a resolution.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be 100% sealed. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If your Item is opened and you have a issue or are not happy please contact us and we will work out a solution or partial refund.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@flowpouch.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package, return cost is to be covered by the customer and we will waive the ($7) return processing fee. If Flowpouch provides the return label the fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

If your edible product is open as perishable goods we cannot accept a return. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Returns on exclusive sale items are not accepted. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that the processing time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund may vary.
