Subscription Details & Management

Managing your Flow Pouch subscription is easy. You can update your subscription, make changes to upcoming orders, or cancel at any time through your online customer portal.

Manage Your Subscription

Log in using the email address associated with your original order. Once you're logged in, you'll have access to your subscription and account details.

Update Your Next Order

Under Next Order, you can:

• Send Now: Process your next order immediately.

• Reschedule: Delay your next order by 1–2 weeks or select a specific date.

• Review the products, quantities, and processing date for your upcoming order.

Manage Your Active Subscription

Under Active Subscriptions, select Edit to manage your subscription.

• Change your delivery frequency

• Skip an upcoming shipment

• Reschedule an order

• Change your flavor

• Update your quantity

• Update your shipping address

• Update your payment method

• Pause or cancel your subscription

Change Your Flavor or Quantity

1. Select Edit under your active subscription.

2. Select Edit Contents.

3. Make your desired changes.

4. Select Update Contents to save your changes.

Any changes you make will apply to future subscription orders.

How Subscriptions Work

When you subscribe to a Flow Pouch product, your subscription will automatically renew according to the delivery schedule you selected at checkout.

Your payment method on file will be charged on your scheduled billing date. Once payment is successfully processed, your order will typically be processed and shipped within 24–48 hours.

You'll receive a reminder email 3 days before your scheduled billing date, giving you time to review your upcoming order and make any changes before you're charged.

If your payment is unsuccessful, your subscription order may be paused until your payment information is updated.

No Minimum Commitment

There is no minimum commitment with a Flow Pouch subscription.

You can change, skip, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal.

Cancelling Your Subscription

To cancel your subscription, log in to your customer portal and select Cancel Subscription at the bottom of the subscription page.

To avoid being charged for your next shipment, please cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your scheduled billing date.

If your order is already being processed or has already shipped, your cancellation will take effect beginning with your next subscription cycle.

Order History

Your customer portal allows you to view the details and status of your previous subscription orders.

Account Information

Under Account, you can update your:

• Email address
• Shipping address
• Payment method

Returns & Refunds

All Flow Pouch orders, including subscription orders, are subject to our Refund Policy.

We're unable to accept returns or issue refunds for opened or used products unless your order arrives damaged or incorrect.
