FlowPouch Subscription Policy
Effective Date: July 16, 2025
This Subscription Policy outlines how our FlowPouch Subscription Plans work, including billing terms, commitment requirements, and cancellation procedures. By enrolling in a subscription, you agree to the terms below, as well as our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
How Subscriptions Work
When you subscribe to any FlowPouch product, you’ll receive automatic recurring shipments based on the frequency and plan you select at checkout. Each order will be billed to the payment method on file prior to processing and shipping. Your subscription will continue unless and until it is paused or canceled in accordance with this policy.
Minimum Commitment
By subscribing, you agree to fulfill the minimum commitment outlined on the order page at the time of purchase. This policy helps ensure product consistency, maintain proper inventory levels, and prioritize fulfillment for committed subscribers. You will not be able to cancel or skip shipments until the minimum commitment has been met.
Renewals and Billing
All subscriptions automatically renew according to the delivery schedule selected at signup (e.g., every 30 days, 60 days, etc.). Billing occurs 24–48 hours prior to shipment. You will receive a confirmation email 1-3 days prior, for each charge and shipment. If your payment method fails, your order may be paused until you update your billing information. You may update payment details anytime in the subscription portal.
Managing Your Subscription
You can manage your subscription through our customer portal at: flow pouch login to manage subscriptions
There, you can:
- Update delivery frequency
- Change shipping addresses
- Edit billing info
- Skip upcoming shipments (after your commitment period is fulfilled)
- Cancel or pause future orders (after your commitment period is fulfilled)
Cancellations & Pausing
Once the minimum commitment stated on your order page has been fulfilled, you may cancel or pause your subscription at any time before your next scheduled billing date. To avoid being charged for your next shipment, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled billing date. If your next order is already processing or has shipped, cancellation will apply to the following cycle.
Returns and Refunds
All FlowPouch orders, including subscription orders, are governed by our Return Policy. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for opened or used products unless your order arrives damaged or incorrect. Full details: flow pouch refund policy
