Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use that number on services like 7TRACK or Universal Parcel Tracking to follow your package in real time.

Returns & Refunds

Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

If you use Flow consistently (4–6 pouches daily for at least two weeks) and don't feel a difference within 60 days, we'll issue a full refund. No hassle.
